     Capt. Rob and Roland  Maw are a great father-son duo that has over 55 years of experience saltwater fishing in Alaska! All our Alaskan fishing trips are customized to the fishing party by allowing you to decide which type of fish, and how long you want fish for them.

     Harvest Time Charters specializes in 3-5 day world-class Alaskan halibut fishing trips. We focus on trophy halibut, lingcod, yellow-eye and coho salmon. Utilizing Homer, Alaska as our port of departure, you will spend days fishing for halibut, salmon, lingcod, and yellow-eye. Nights are spent dining on fresh Alaskan seafood in the coastal region of Cugach Islands and Nuka Bay.

     Want to focus on the voracious lingcod? How about the beautiful yellow-eye or the barn-door-sized halibut? Snap on the fighting belt as you struggle to pull a monster halibut from the deep. You sigh in desperation, after fighting the halibut for half an hour you hear the reel scream as the trophy fish heads straight to the bottom of the pacific--not wanting to see the light of day. Finally you explode with excitement as the halibut appears on the surface waiting to be invited aboard.

     If you get tired of fishing for world-class halibut and salmon we have whale watching, bear viewing, along with sea otters, thousands of marine birds, and tide-water glaciers for the photographer, artist, or sightseer.

     Each year we fill all our 3-5 day halibut fishing charters during the previous year. This summer we have expanded and only have a few charters left – book now and come fish with the best. We offer everything from 1 day trips for the time-constrained clients to full 5 day/night fishing/scenic viewing trips.
